A contact at Major League Baseball has informed me that the blackout was been lifted in the Orioles local television market for MLB Network's simulcast of the Orioles at Philadelphia Phillies Spring Training game Sunday, March 21, live at 1:00 p.m. ET.
MLB Network will carry Comcast SportsNet's call of the game. For Orioles fans who also live in the Phillies’ home TV market, alternate programming will be provided.
